About the event
The Holiday Season Grind Camp will consist of 2 sessions on Monday and Tuesday and 1 on Wednesday! You can either do full days or 1 session a day! Each day we will build on the things we did the day before or session before! Areas of focus include conditioning, individual skill work, shooting, rules, IQ development, defense, etc. Days 1 and 2, the first session goes from 8am to 11am and 12pm to 3pm. Day 3 will be one session that goes from 8am to 1pm. Our main focus is to give athletes tools to be successful in the game and help with developing a complete athlete! We are looking forward to working with you or your athlete!
